At Holy Spirit Art, we strive to deliver exceptional and meaningful artwork that resonates with your faith and spirit. Each item is crafted or selected with care. However, we understand that issues may arise and have created this Return and Refund Policy to protect both you and us.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

General Return Window

We offer returns for eligible products within 14 calendar days of delivery confirmation. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of damage in its original package (e.g., when you open the package if you determine any damage, please send us a photo with the product inside in the package).
  • You must initiate the return process within the return window by contacting us at info@holyspiritart.com.

Ineligible Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Custom artwork or commissions (e.g., portraits, personalized scripture art)
  • Items returned outside the return period

Refunds

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your account
  • You will be notified via email once the refund is issued.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • We reserve the right to reject refunds for returned products that are damaged due to customer mishandling.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the damage
  • A description of the issue

We may offer one of the following remedies:

  • A full or partial refund
  • A replacement of the item (subject to availability)
  • A discount on a future purchase

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

You are kindly requested to return the items as a gift to avoid cost of customs. We will not accept items that we have to pay customs to recieve them.

Order Cancellations

Orders for custom artwork cannot be canceled once production or delivery has begun. For standard products, cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of purchase by emailing at info@holyspiritart.com.

Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our resolution or believe your issue has not been adequately addressed:

Please contact our customer service team at info@holyspiritart.com first to attempt a resolution.

If necessary, we may agree to mediate the dispute through a neutral third party.

This Return and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Greece.
