Description
Sainte Aline Dilbeek (640) is a martyr of Belgium, celebrated locally on June 16 in Brabant, 20 October in the West and 19 June in the East. Aline was the daughter of the lord of Dilbeek. His pagan father one day when he was hunting on the banks of the Seine, arrived at Forest where he meets a hermit who speaks of Christianity. When he got home, he tells his adventure to his family members. His daughter Aline feels attracted by this new Christian faith.
